Daily Rates Are Seasonal from $1,000/day. The Four Seasons currently charges $30/day for every person over 14 to use their facilities.

Deposit/Cancellation Policy
* To hold a reservation, a two-night deposit is required.
* Remaining balance of stay is due twenty one (21) days prior to arrival.
* Cancellations within sixty (60) days of arrival will result in forfeiture of the deposit
* A no-show will result in complete forfeiture of total payments.

Minimum Stay/Maximum Guest Requirements
* Five-night minimum stay.
* Although negotiable a maximum of six adult guests

Festive Season Policies
* Ten-night minimum stay.
* To hold a reservation, a two-night deposit is required.
* Full pre-payment is due by October 1st.
* Cancellations after October 1st. will result in a complete forfeiture of payments.
